Are you're EGT's too high while towing or working your truck as it was intended? Just plain turning up the horsepower for the fun of it? Then the first thing you need to do is increase airflow while maintaining your warranty and emission compliance. 

The pickup version of the 6.7L Cummins comes with a very restrictive intake elbow while the Cab & Chassis version comes with a far better flowing casting. Unfortunately the C&C version doesn't have a factory provision for the stock MAP sensor. That's where the Mega-Flo S-1 modified intake manifold comes in.

Starting with a factory Cummins intake manifold intended for the Cab & Chassis engines we add a provision for the MAP sensor which allows it to be used on the pickup applications. This insures 100% factory fit along with the correct factory EGR valve mounting location while still gaining large volumes of airflow. As an added benefit we've added two 1/8" NPT ports on the bottom for easy connection of boost gauges and accessories.

When combined with one of our Air Boss intake plenums, you gain maximum air flow for increased horsepower and fuel economy while reducing EGT's.Grid Heater Upgrade
