1989-1998 Cummins 5.9L OptiTorque Patriot Head Stud Kit (10392P)
OptiTorque offers multiple grades of material to meet various application needs. Studs and bolts are made from high-quality premium steels that are domestically melted. The steel bars are cold worked to enhance mechanical properties and eliminate surface impurities. OptiTorque fasteners undergo a proprietary heat treatment process, allowing them to achieve higher tensile strengths while maintaining toughness. The fasteners are centerless ground to ensure concentricity and remove any surface defects from heat treating. Threads are roll formed on the hardened fasteners. After threading, the fasteners are stress relieved, deburred, and plated or polished to meet each customer's packaging requirements.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, provided they are unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition. All returns & cancellations are subject to restocking and cancellation fees.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom/special orders, electronics, and digital goods are final sale—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
