At the factory-rated 450 horsepower output, the upgraded 19-plate cooler rejects heat22% bettercompared to earlier 2017-2019 OE 14-plate oil coolers.
Tuned to 600 horsepower with a higher rpm speed and load, the difference between the two coolers is even larger, with31% greaterheat rejection.
Heat rejection gains are even more impressive on older Duramax engines, which use 10 or 11-plate factory coolers from 01-07 or 11-16 models.
These additional cooling plates and improved oil flow increase the available surface area utilized for heat transfer, shedding more BTUs of heat while maintaining proper oil pressure.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, provided they are unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition. All returns & cancellations are subject to restocking and cancellation fees.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
