This set of eight forged aluminum pistons pairs a 4.075" bore with 16.5:1 compression. The pistons have coated skirts and a hard-anodized top ring groove. Mahle lists compatibility with Brodix and Wagler cylinder heads. The crowns have 0.075" deep valve pockets. Compression height is reduced by 0.010". The catalog compression ratio assumes 0.012" piston protrusion and a 0.037" x 4.115" head gasket.
