Originally designed for lower stress levels, OEM valve bridges face challenges in recent high-performance applications. When stress exceeds safe limits, these bridges struggle.
To address this, we’ve developed extreme-duty valve bridges capable of handling unprecedented stress levels. Our bridges are CNC machined from premium hot-working tool steel bar stock for superior strength and durability.
Each bridge undergoes meticulous hand inspection before heat-treating for core hardening. Post heat treatment, friction pad surfaces are ground to eliminate imperfections that accelerate rocker arm wear.
Surface nitriding enhances wear resistance and reduces friction, ensuring long-lasting performance. Our approach combines advanced materials, precise machining, and optimized heat treatment for cost-effective friction reduction and extended service life.
Proper pushrod length maintains stock rocker geometry critical for rocker arm functionality. For engines needing custom pushrods, we offer tools to replicate OEM specifications accurately.
