The Bilstein 5160 Series Shock Absorber 25-218190 is built with a high capacity external reservoir to maximize cooling and performance under the roughest conditions in your 2011-2019 GM 2500/3500HD. It also offers you the correct length of shock for whatever lift you may have. Loaded or Unloaded, the Bilstein 5160 shocks offer increased driveability, capacity, stability, and control on the street or the trails.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of shipping, provided they are unused, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition. All returns & cancellations are subject to restocking and cancellation fees.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and be shipped with tracking. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom/special orders, electronics, and digital goods are final sale—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
